CCT Group is one of the earliest enterprises in China to mainly research and develop, produce and sell the second generation semiconductor material—gallium arsenide substrate, breaking the technology monopoly of the international giants in the industry and filling the domestic technology gap.
After 20 years of technology accumulation, we have mastered the key technologies in gallium arsenide crystal growth and wafer processing. CCT Group has obtained 17 patents for invention, 83 utility model patents and 5 software copyrights, totaling about 106 intellectual property rights. A number of international PCT patents have been applied for.
With our advanced technology, talent, stable quality and low cost, CCThas become a leading manufacturer in gallium arsenide substrates for optoelectronic use. CCT is also a qualified supplier of many renowned customers in microelectronic applications. Since September 2014, CCT has exported products to Taiwan, Japan, Europe and the United States and other countries and regions, gradually realizing the goal of product internationalization, and establishing itself as a globally leading enterprise of compound semiconductor materials.

The length of 4" crystals has been increased from 200mm to 350mm. -
