Yuanping CCT Gallium Industry Co., Ltd. was founded by on June 24, 2021, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. Relying on the alumina production capacity advantage of Shanxi Aluminum Co., Ltd., China Power Investment Group, Yuanping CCT Gallium Industry Co., Ltd. plans to build a 100T/Y gallium metal project, of which 60T/Y has already been completed and put in production. Determined to "promote the development of national gallium arsenide substrate industry", CCT Group has adhered to the core values of "customer needs is our priorityr, technological innovation is our driving force, product quality is our responsibility, and realizing value is our goal".

The project has a total investment of RMB 130 million, all funded by the company's own funds. It has a total land area of 19,787 square meters, and a gross floor area of 9,657.2 square meters. The Phase 1 project has a construction investment and an equipment investment of RMB 60 million; the Phase 2 project is planned with an equipment investment of RMB 20 million; the Phase 3 project is planned with a construction investment and an equipment investment of RMB 50 million. Upon completion of the three phases, the project will realize an annual output of 100 tons of metal gallium. The implementation of this project is of strategic significance for Xinzhou to complete the semiconductor industry supply chain, and at the same time, to promote local economic and social development.

With the full support of the Shanxi Provincial Government and Xinzhou Municipal Government, China Crystal Technologies (Xinzhou)Co., Ltd. is a high-tech semiconductor material enterprise funded jointly by Shanxi CCT and the Shanxi Provincial Government Investment Platform. Founded on August 22, 2017 with registered capital amounting to RMB 120 million, the company is located in Xinzhou Economic Development Zone, Shanxi Province. The company has been rated as the Outstanding Enterprise of the Year of Shanxi Province and included in the Recommended Directory of Advanced Models of Industrial High-quality Development in Shanxi Province. CCT acknowledges theimportance of scientific research, the Company has entered into industry-university-research cooperation with Beijing University of Technology in semiconductor materials projects. In June 2020, the company built a semiconductor employment and internship base with North University of China.

With an infrastructure investment of RMB 200 million, the plant has a production area of 16,000 square meters. This is one of the largest  GaAs facilities in the world, it can produce 100,000 millimeters of 4-inch crystals and 200,000 pieces of 4-inch wafers per month, making it the largest single production plant in China. Xinzhou CCT will pave the way for the future development of CCT Group, and also fully prepare for the materials required for the development of RF communication chips and the large-scale development of Micro LED displays. Xinzhou CCT's products have been certified by a number of semiconductor companies in China, and are currently in volume production.

China Crystal Technologies (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu CCT. Founded on July 11, 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, Shanxi CCTis located in the Economic Development Zone of Yuncheng Jiangxian County, Shanxi Province, covering a land area of 25,000 square meters. Staffed with 80 employees, it is the production base of gallium arsenide monocrystals. With 150 sets of polycrystal and monocrystals growth systems, it has an annual output of 600,000mm 4inch equivalent gallium arsenide monocrystals. Shanxi CCTZ is a regional strategic layout made by CCTGroup to meet the market demand after comprehensive consideration. Having built a number of gallium arsenide crystal synthesis and growth lines, ShanxiCCT is one of the core crystal manufacturing bases of CCT Group. Meanwhile, Shanxi CCT is also the R&D base for gallium arsenide crystal technology of CCT Group. Efforts will be made to continuously carry out research and development of gallium arsenide crystal yield improvement, crystal lengthening process and other technologies.

China Crystal Technologies (Dushan) Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise established on November 28, 2016 in (Jiaomo Group, Mamo Village, Mawan County) the Economic Development Zone of Dushan County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou with the registered capital of 5 million. It was funded by Jiangsu CCT Co., Ltd. to focus on LED product production.

The company is subordinate to China Crystal TechnologiesCo., Ltd. in Beijing Relying on the platform of the Group, the company has internationally advanced and domestically leading gallium arsenide crystal material preparation technologies as well as strong R&D, production and sales teams. The products have a huge market demand and the company has strong sustainability.

Founded on December 7, 2012, China Crystal Technologies (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. is located in New Energy Industrial Park, Tangqiao Town, Zhangjiagang, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. With a floor area of 5,260 square meters and registered capital of RMB 44.21 million, Jiangsu CCT is staffed with 105 employees (including about 70 wafer processing production line supervisors and workers). As a wafer processing and production base, Jiangsu CCT has a maximum annual production capacity of 1.56 million 4-inch substrates and 120,000 6-inch substrates. It is the largest substrate production base of CCT Group. The leading products are 2- to 6-inch gallium arsenide substrates for LED and microelectronics (RF) applications. The products are mainly used to produce high-speed integrated circuits, digital integrated circuits and optoelectronic integrated circuits, which are widely applied in high-tech fields such as mobile communications, optical fiber communications, satellite communications, national defense and military electronic equipment. Certified by major foreign semiconductor enterprises since 2016, the products have been exported to Taiwan, Japan, Europe and the United States and other countries and regions, supporting the gradual realization of the company's goal of product internationalization.
