10月26日上午，平鲁区区长郝云带领平鲁区政府、经济开发区、财政、住建等相关单位负责人，来忻州开发区半导体产业园进行考察，开发区党工委书记、管委会主任刘明祥，开发区党工委委员、管委会副主任陈林，开发区招商投资促进部负责人陪同进行了此次考察活动。
考察组一行先后来到半导体园区企业查看了北纬三十八度集成电路制造有限公司微波功率放大器芯片制造加工项目和射频声表面波滤波器芯片制造加工项目、忻州中科晶电信息材料有限公司新型砷化镓晶体晶片制造加工项目、忻州元鸿信息材料有限公司钽酸锂/铌酸锂衬底材料制造加工项目、山西华晶恒基新材料有限公司蓝宝石晶体及晶片制造加工项目和图形化蓝宝石衬底项目。
